I bought the iPhone version Pixelmator about 5 minutes after I heard about it - based mostly on my (extremely happy) experience with the Mac version and a quick read of the feature list. Ive only fooled around with it on the iPhone a bit, but Im extremely impressed both by how capable it is - most of the important features of the Mac version are there on the iPhone, but also by how easy it is to use on the iPhone - the user interface is very nicely done for the small screen (I have an iPhone 6) and for touch. Its a fantastic app and an amazing bargain.

I’ve been using it on my MAC for a number of years now. Didn’t waste a min to get this on my iPad and now iPhone too! Keep up the good work, folks. You guys ROCK!

Its a nice app but then when I tried to use the frames and so on.. I cannot download it. please fix it!!!

Great on my Mac, now great on my iPhone. Auto Syncing projects across my Mac, iPad and now iPhone via iCloud now is just fantastic. Great price for iOS and OS X platforms too. Well worth it.

An absolute must have.

Simply incredible! Makes a mockery of photoshop for iPhone (before Adobe pulled it from the AppStore). Rare are true full featured apps... This is the exception. Well played Pixelator Crew, well played. Thank you

This is a fantastic app, and my prevailing app when I work on a photo. It just needs a brush preview so I can see what Im doing, rather than doing undo all the time when I choose a brush or resize it. Please add this...Pretty please!

This app is truly awesome for editing. I have it on computer as well, and its just as good for IOS. I edit all my photos with it and in the end it turns out amazing. Definitely one of the best editing apps out there.

Very powerful photography editor, love this one the only gripe I have is with the (paint selection tool), it doesnt work the way it should, instead of it selecting what you paint it selects by colour in this way its the same as the magic wand selection tool, it should just select what is painted not similar surrounding colours that are next to what you paint. This needs to be fixed. Other than that its great!

Best photo editing app. Seriously. So many creative tools for people with brains and vision.

This app is amazing! It is very well designed and easy to use. There are only three features missing that I would really love to see in future updates: 1- Layer Masks 2- The paint bucket tool 3- Layer groups (The ability select multiple layers and group them together) In my opinion, Pixelmator is hands down the best image editor in the App Store. However, the addition of the 3 features mentioned above would make it even better! I wish the best to the whole Pixelmator Team. Your hard work and dedication really show throughout the app. Keep up the good work!

Learning curve, but fantastic capabilities

But developers, PLEASE include a good, easy masking out feature to cut up various parts of images and cobble them together! Then this will be perfect and 5 stars! :)

By far the most powerful and capable image editor for iOS. Adobe should be embarrassed. The one thing I dont like: theres still no way to open a photo in Pixelmator from the Photos app. For some reason you have to go to Pixelmator and then find the same image you were already looking at, even though Apple provided a simple way to do this over a year ago (many other apps have an "open in…" extension). Meanwhile, the Pixelmator photo editing extension is still the same confusing thing that just has a bunch of useless, gimmicky filters and none of the capabilities of the actual app.

Such a wonderful update it nicely deleted all my work in the gallery, Im so happy!

The app is poorly designed, the layer menu always appears when you swipe from the left edge, even while youre trying to draw something using a brush... Annoying.

I just purchased this app today so I really havent explored it thoroughly but from what I see its got a LOT to offer in the way of really being able to edit a photo to your liking. Its a snap to copy, delete etc. with Pixelmator as well. Definitely worth the couple of bucks that its on sale for.

Ive downloaded this app several times, thinking I must be missing something. Im not missing anything. This app is garbage plain and simple.

No way to evaluate this app. There no way to grant the app access to photos. iOS issue or the app?

What good is this app if I cant have access to my photos , Id like to get my money back!!!!! useless , cant even rate the app???
